Conveyancing Administrator Full time Permanent This exciting role will see you joining our successful Conveyancing team, playing a key role in keeping the department’s day to day administration running smoothly through proactive, efficient, accurate administration and operational support. The role focuses on the effective management of lender panel portals and related accreditations, maintaining key registers and data, coordinating meeting administration, and supporting colleagues with access and onboarding to key systems (e.g., lender portals and Land Registry). The postholder helps ensure processes are followed, information is kept accurate and up to date, and the department can deliver a consistent, high-quality service to clients and stakeholders. Typical day to day duties: Management of Lender Panels Independent Lender Panel Applications Law Society CQS Accreditation Maintenance of the Client list Weekly Data – calculation of data and dissemination to the appropriate people Fee data – preparation prior to departmental meetings and as requested.
