Key responsibilities
Design, plan and implement strategies that align with the company's business goals to drive growth.
Target new customer acquisition within selected market sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with account management, operations and marketing teams.
Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across key functions to enhance customer engagement.
Support the company's marketing agenda, including website development, PR/social media efforts, and industry event participation.
Work closely with the marketing function to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities using the company's CRM system and key metrics.
Conduct market research to identify commercial opportunities and understand future threats.
Provide regular updates and insights to the senior leadership team (SLT)
Assist in setting financial targets and developing budgets to support the company's growth strategy.
Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with targets.
