We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Brighton on a fixed-term contract. This hands-on, generalist role involves supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle and driving key HR projects and initiatives.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Manage employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and absence.
  • Support and lead on HR projects such as restructures, policy updates, and change management.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and up to date.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best practice.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Confident in managing complex employee relations cases.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
