Human Resources Advisor

I’m partnering with a growing, multi-brand business to recruit a qualified HR Advisor into a pivotal role supporting over 1,000 employees.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries and employee relations concerns.
  • Monitor and support sickness absence management.
  • Conduct exit interviews and support health questionnaire conversations.
  • Address and support Access People XD system issues, updates, and reporting requirements.
  • Facilitate people-related communication initiatives throughout the year.
  • Provide professional expertise and guidance on HR policies and company procedures as required.
  • Assist managers with the investigation of disciplinary and grievance cases as needed.
  • Due to the geographical spread of our workforce, this role involves communication primarily via phone, MS Teams, and email, with occasional business travel required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous direct experience as an HR Advisor.
  • CIPD qualified to Level 5.
  • Effective self-starter with a can-do attitude and a curious mind.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient with systems and reporting.
  • A full driving license is beneficial though not essential.

HR Manager (Fully Office Based)

My client is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of HR delivery across their business. This standalone role is ideal for someone confident operating as the sole HR professional, working closely with the Director of Business on policy development, programmes, and people strategy.
