Working Arrangement: Hybrid after onboarding period
Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour (PAYE)
Bolton Council are seeking qualified HR Advisers. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in managing employee relations casework.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage HR portfolios covering various service areas.
Handle complex casework issues from start to finish, including presenting cases to panels.
Work effectively with partners and represent the council at regional working groups as needed.
Deputise for the Deputy HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at meetings when required.
Design, produce, and deliver strategic reports and presentations to senior managers and colleagues.
Manage HR projects and strategies within services, including SaE Reviews and TUPE transfers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified to at least CIPD Level 5.
Proven experience in managing employee relations casework from receipt to conclusion.
Experience in presenting at panels and handling complex HR issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and strategies within a dynamic environment.
