We are partnering with a busy and growing organisation to recruit a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent night shift basis.
This is a standalone HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle. With the business currently experiencing a busy and evolving period, this is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and proactive HR professional to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries during night operations
Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
Maintaining and optimising HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant data management
Supporting recruitment processes and workforce planning where required
Driving HR initiatives and supporting continuous improvement across the function
Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies
About You
Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role within a fast-paced environment
Ideally from a manufacturing, industrial, or similar background
CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (essential)
Confident working independently in a standalone role
Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A “can-do” attitude – someone who enjoys being busy and adding value
Experience or mindset aligned to sales-driven or performance-focused environments is highly desirable
