About the Role

We are partnering with a busy and growing organisation to recruit a confident and experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent night shift basis.

This is a standalone HR role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of the full employee lifecycle. With the business currently experiencing a busy and evolving period, this is an excellent opportunity for a resilient and proactive HR professional to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from onboarding through to exit
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries during night operations
  • Providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management
  • Maintaining and optimising HR systems, ensuring accurate and compliant data management
  • Supporting recruitment processes and workforce planning where required
  • Driving HR initiatives and supporting continuous improvement across the function
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies

About You

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role within a fast-paced environment
  • Ideally from a manufacturing, industrial, or similar background
  • CIPD qualified or qualified by experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (essential)
  • Confident working independently in a standalone role
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A “can-do” attitude – someone who enjoys being busy and adding value
  • Experience or mindset aligned to sales-driven or performance-focused environments is highly desirable
