About the Role
As Head Chef, you will:
Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
Deliver consistently high standards across a high-volume, fresh food operation
Maintain and evolve a menu rooted in classic, quality-driven cuisine
Oversee all kitchen operations including ordering, stock control, GP management, and compliance
Ensure exceptional food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards
Work closely with senior management to drive the business forward
About You
We are looking for a chef who:
Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef in a busy, quality-led environment
Has strong experience in high-volume fresh food kitchens
Is ideally classically trained with a solid foundation in traditional cooking techniques
Demonstrates excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Is passionate about food, quality, and delivering memorable dining experiences
Thrives under pressure and leads from the front
