We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a modern co-working office space in central Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients, visitors, and members in a warm and professional manner
Managing the front desk and maintaining a welcoming reception area
Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Preparing and setting up meeting rooms
Supporting the day-to-day running of the workspace
Assisting tenants with general enquiries
Monitoring office supplies and reporting any replenishment needs
Ensuring communal areas are tidy and presentable at all times
(Please note: this role does not involve handling inbound calls.)

Previous reception or customer-facing experience
A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
