We are looking for a reliable, skilled Handyperson to join our site on the outskirts of Glasgow city centre to carry out handyman/maintenance duties on an ongoing basis. This is an immediate start - free parking is provided but the site is also close to public transport links.

Monday - Friday 8-5

Weekly pay

Payrate £20-£30p/h

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general maintenance and repair work across the building
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and staff
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating tasks
  • Assist with setting up event spaces and moving equipment when required
  • Liaise with external contractors when necessary

  • Proven experience in a handyman, maintenance role
  • Strong practical skills across multiple trades including painting
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Friendly and professional attitude – comfortable engaging with tenants
  • Flexibility to respond to urgent issues when needed
