Job Type – Temporary (12 weeks) Full Time (potential to go permanent)
My client, a respected organisation in the Bolton area, is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their Finance team on a temporary basis for approximately 12 weeks. This is a full-time position and officed based.
Duties
Allocating incoming payments and receipts across customer and supplier accounts
Processing purchase invoices, preparing payments, and issuing remittance advice
Supporting the generation of sales invoices
Assisting with credit control and debt recovery activities
Performing reconciliations across key accounts and balances
Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication skills.
