We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Finance Administrator to support a busy finance team. They would like someone on a temporary basis to start immediately. This role can be full time 37 hours or part time 30 hours.
The Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll support day-to-day finance operations with a focus on purchase ledger, reconciliations, and general finance admin.
Key Duties
Managing the finance inbox and queries
Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger
Supplier statement reconciliations
Supporting payment runs and bank updates
Assisting with month-end and other finance tasks
What We’re Looking For
Experience in accounts, finance, or purchase ledger
Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
