We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for a Finance Administrator to support a busy finance team. They would like someone on a temporary basis to start immediately. This role can be full time 37 hours or part time 30 hours. 

The Role
Working closely with the Finance Manager, you’ll support day-to-day finance operations with a focus on purchase ledger, reconciliations, and general finance admin.

Key Duties

  • Managing the finance inbox and queries
  • Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Supporting payment runs and bank updates
  • Assisting with month-end and other finance tasks
