REED Marketing & Creative are pleased to be working with a well‑established, design‑led ecommerce retailer within the interiors and homeware space, who are looking to recruit a Digital Designer to join their growing in‑house marketing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Designer who combines strong digital design skills with a keen eye for imagery, styling, and visual storytelling, and who enjoys working with product-led creative in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
The Role
The Digital Designer will play a key role in producing engaging, visually compelling digital content across multiple channels. Alongside campaign and social creative, the role carries ownership of how products are visually presented online ensuring imagery, lifestyle scenes, and digital assets are both on-brand and commercially effective.
You’ll be working in a creative, digitally focused environment with access to modern AI-powered tools that support image creation and enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality digital assets for web, social media, email, and paid campaigns
Develop creative concepts and layouts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Adapt and optimise content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and email
Take ownership of product imagery and lifestyle visuals across the website
Create and curate room sets, interiors, styling, accessories, and colour palettes
Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and refine product and lifestyle imagery
Upload, manage, and maintain imagery within the ecommerce platform
Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce teams to support campaigns and product launches
Produce short-form video content, motion graphics, and animations where required
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Digital Designer (typically 3–5 years)
Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social content, and visually led design
Strong eye for composition, imagery, colour, and layout
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Competence in using Figma for design tasks
Experience using AI tools within a creative or design workflow
Understanding of ecommerce and digital-first design principles
Experience within interiors, furniture, homeware, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable
What’s on Offer
Salary £35,000 – £38,000
