Day – to – Day of the role:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, live chats, and other enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, amendments, cancellations, and returns.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records on the CRM system.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, report preparation, and document management.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
