We're partnering with a highly regarded and growing accountancy practice that's looking for an ambitious Corporate Tax Manager to join its expanding team.

This is more than a compliance role. You'll become a trusted adviser to a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs and corporate clients, providing strategic tax planning and commercially focused advice while helping to develop the next generation of tax professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

As Corporate Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering both compliance and advisory services, including:

✅ Managing a varied portfolio of corporate tax clients

✅ Reviewing and preparing Corporation Tax returns

✅ Advising on restructures, reorganisations, incorporations and shareholder matters

✅ Delivering tax-efficient planning solutions to support business growth

✅ Managing HMRC enquiries and correspondence

✅ Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and key stakeholders

✅ Reviewing junior team members' work and supporting their development

✅ Collaborating closely with Partners and wider business services teams

✅ Identifying opportunities to add value and strengthen client relationships

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with experienced tax professionals who can demonstrate:

✔ CTA qualification (essential)

✔ Proven corporate tax experience within an accountancy practice

✔ Experience managing a portfolio of clients

✔ Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation

✔ Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience mentoring, reviewing and supporting junior colleagues

✔ The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional client service
