Compliance Administrator – Temporary with Permanent Opportunity
I’m currently working in partnership with a brilliant organisation that’s looking to add an organised and detail‑focused Compliance Administrator to their established and friendly compliance team. This is a temporary position with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent, and you’ll receive full training and ongoing support from day one.

Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
£13.79 per hour plus holiday pay
Weekly pay through REED, with the opportunity to secure a permanent role
Key responsibilities:
Completing and monitoring compliance checks using internal systems
High‑volume data entry, updating records, and maintaining accuracy at all times
Managing spreadsheets and tracking changes efficiently
Carrying out online research to identify relevant parties and required information
Assessing data for inconsistencies or discrepancies and escalating when appropriate
Handling sensitive and confidential information in line with internal procedures
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance tasks are completed smoothly
Providing daily updates and ensuring records are kept current
What we’re looking for:
Strong data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail – this is essential
Confident IT ability, particularly Excel, with a high level of competence required
Clear and professional communication skills
Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or regulated environment would be advantageous, though not essential
