Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Highways Engineering, or related discipline. Extensive knowledge of highway design, transport planning, and infrastructure delivery. Significant experience in leading capital-funded highway projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and managing complex programmes. Experience in public consultation, stakeholder engagement, and working with regional bodies. Strong leadership, programme management, and organisational skills.
