Looking for a role where your communication skills can make a real difference? Join a fast-growing business that supports people and their families through later life.

About the Company

Our client is a rapidly growing business with an ambitious goal of becoming the UK's leading provider of later-life support services. They specialise in guiding individuals through the allowance claims process, delivering expert support from initial enquiry through to successful claim completion. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for talented individuals who want to grow with them.

About the Role

As a Client Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them understand their options while delivering a positive and supportive experience.

This is a high-activity, phone-based role where you'll be speaking with customers throughout the day, building rapport and guiding them through the early stages of their claim journey.

This is not a desk job with the occasional call. Successful candidates must enjoy spending the majority of their day on the phone, making and receiving calls, nurturing leads and supporting existing customers. You can expect to make 70-80+ calls per day (including voicemails), speaking to warm enquiries from customers who have already expressed an interest online.
