About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation within the water hygiene and compliance sector.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key part in supporting the company's continued growth by managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Working closely with the Head of Sales, you will receive full technical training, enabling you to develop specialist knowledge and build a rewarding career within a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and follow up customer quotations.
- Manage incoming sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and maximise quote conversion rates.
- Execute sales processes accurately and efficiently.
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience.
- Learn and apply industry-specific compliance knowledge.
- Balance sales generation activities with essential administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of generating and winning business.
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Educated to post-16 level (essential).
- Degree qualified (desirable).
