Responsibilities of this role:
Manage and prioritise activities to meet service requirements, contributing to continuous improvement and effective use of resources.
Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary and multi-organisational teams, networks and systems to deliver integrated services.
Maintain and develop professional knowledge and practice across organisational and professional boundaries.
Manage, record, analyse and share information, reports and data to support effective decision-making and accountability.
Manage financial resources and budgets responsibly to ensure value for money and service sustainability.
Recruit, manage, develop and performance-manage staff, including delegation, supervision, and addressing poor performance in line with HR procedures.
Lead, chair and facilitate meetings and decision-making forums, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical and quality assurance requirements, including audits and effective use of IT systems.
Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England
Must have minimum of 3 years post qualifying social work experience
