Job Description Sanctuary Support Worker Hours: 30 hours including unsocial hours, weekends & public holidays. Salary: £26,298.11 pro rata plus allowance for unsocial hours. Encourage and support clients to access appropriate services and resources as required. Ensure all individuals accessing the Sanctuary are assisted in line with the Recovery Plan. Provide an out of hours, non-accommodation-based service offering support between the hours of 18:00 to 02:00, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. Support the needs of adults (aged over 17 years and 9 months) who are in, at risk of, or at the point of a social/emotional crisis within the Swansea Bay University Health Board area.
