About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Premises Manager to join our team in Hastings. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the opening of our brand-new provision, supporting students and staff in a dynamic and developing environment.

As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and security of the school site, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and cleanliness of the school premises
  • Ensure site security, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage contractors and coordinate site works
  • Carry out health & safety checks and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Support the smooth running of the school through effective site management
  • Maintain high standards across all areas of the school environment

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
