We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and well-known car dealership in Chester for a temporary Customer Service / Receptionist to join their team for an immediate start.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience within a busy and professional automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership
Answering and directing incoming calls
Managing front desk and general reception duties
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous customer service or reception experience is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly manner
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills
