An established and growing business based in Hook is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller to join its team. This is an office-based role offering flexibility around working hours, provided availability includes 11:00am–2:00pm Monday to Friday.
This opportunity would suit someone with stock control, inventory, administration, purchasing, or supply chain experience who is looking for a part-time position within a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
Update stock information on internal systems
Liaise with internal departments regarding stock movements and availability
Assist with inventory reporting and stock analysis
Support purchasing and replenishment activities where required
Ensure stock data remains accurate and up to date
Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Previous administration experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
Desirable:
Stock control or inventory management experience
Experience using stock management, ERP, or warehouse systems
Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
