Day-to-day of the role:
Provide day-to-day administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Assist with client onboarding, billing processes, and general office administration to support seamless business operations.
Support senior members of the Business Support team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Contribute to a collaborative, team-focused environment by participating in team initiatives and key events.
Assist with general office coordination, maintaining a professional and organised working environment.
Support internal processes and help maintain efficient business operations across the firm.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A professional, calm, polite, and friendly approach in all interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing interactions and building relationships.

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (circa 2 years preferred).

Experience operating in a professional services environment is beneficial.
