We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join a growing healthcare organisation operating across multiple entities. This is a full-time position supporting three organisations under a single umbrella, providing a varied and engaging workload.
The Role
You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities, ensuring accurate financial records and supporting internal reporting.
Duties will include:
Maintaining financial records
Bank reconciliations and ledger management
Processing invoices, payments, and expenses
Supporting month-end processes
Managing financial data across three separate but linked organisations
Liaising with internal stakeholders and part-time finance leadership
About You
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role
Strong working knowledge of Xero and other similar systems such as Sage/QuickBooks
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing workload across multiple entities
