We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator for a 3-month temporary assignment supporting a busy team within the rail sector.
Working Hours:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
09:00 – 16:00 (30-minute break) additional hours may be given dependant on workload
Key Responsibilities:
Managing returned mail and updating records
Filing and general administrative duties
Preparing, enveloping and franking post
Collecting mail
Taking outgoing post to the Post Office
Key Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Ability to work independently
Comfortable with manual/admin tasks and occasional travel between locations
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a structured, short-term role within a supportive environment. The role will be based across Kings Cross and Kentish Town so you must be able to travel to both sites
