I’m working with a business in Bath offering a great opportunity for someone from a sales support, customer service, or admin background to step into a Customer Accounts / Credit Control role.

You won’t just be supporting others - you’ll have full ownership of your own accounts. That means managing relationships, resolving queries, and taking responsibility for payments and outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Speaking with customers to manage accounts and payments
Chasing overdue invoices in a professional, relationship-focused way
Resolving queries and working with internal teams to find solutions
Taking ownership of your own portfolio of accounts
Supporting with account updates, cash allocation, and reporting
The details
Salary up to £35,000
Fully office-based in Bath (5 days onsite)
Support and training provided to move into credit control
Great opportunity to step into finance while keeping a customer-facing role
