About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Christmas Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering stunning festive displays for workplaces, hospitality venues, and commercial environments across the UK.

As Christmas Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our seasonal operation, managing enquiries, coordinating installations, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to installation and collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Christmas enquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Prepare and issue accurate quotations and proposals with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Coordinate subcontractors for installations nationwide, communicating schedules, project requirements, and expectations.
  • Issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained.
  • Manage the dedicated Christmas inbox, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle inbound calls from clients, prospects, and subcontractors, delivering outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Maintain accurate project records and update CRM and internal systems.
  • Coordinate projects involving Christmas trees, wreaths, garlands, and bespoke festive decoration schemes.
  • Support the successful delivery of festive projects that create memorable seasonal experiences for clients.
