Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive focused on new business development, where you will be responsible for winning net new business and closing high-value CRM and digital transformation deals. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong track record in B2B SaaS, CRM, or consulting sales.
Day-to-day of the role:
New Business Development (Core Focus):
Identify, prospect, and engage target organisations.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Execute outbound activities across LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and partner channels.
Convert leads into sales-ready opportunities.
Full Sales Cycle Ownership:
Manage the end-to-end sales process including discovery, solution alignment, demo coordination with technical teams, proposal creation, and negotiation to close.
Consultative Selling:
Understand client challenges and business goals.
Map solutions across CRM platforms, automation tools, and data/process improvements.
Position yourself as a trusted advisor.
Partner & Ecosystem Engagement:
Leverage partner network and referral channels to develop relationships that generate new business opportunities.
Proposals & Commercials:
Lead or support RFP/RFI responses, proposal writing, and commercial negotiations.
Work collaboratively with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5–10 years in B2B SaaS, CRM, or consulting sales with a strong new business (hunter) track record.
Experience selling CRM, ERP, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
Proven achievement against £1m+ revenue targets.
Consultative, solution-led selling approach with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders/C-suite.
Experience working alongside technical/pre-sales teams.
