By enrolling on the CIH Level 4 Managing Housing Maintenance, you will gain 18 credits from three mandatory units – Professionalism in housing; Law, policy and regulation for repairs and maintenance and Customer focus in housing.
You will also be able to choose from optional units that cater for all specialisms in the housing sector. Optional units range from Data and Performance Management for Planned Maintenance to Procurement and Contract Administration for Planned Maintenance Programmes through to Managing People, Teams and Change and Financial Management for Repairs and Maintenance.
