End point assessment preparation
The HR Level 3 Apprenticeship lasts approximately 15 months, with an additional 12 weeks allocated for the End Point Assessment (EPA).
The programme is split into four main phases to ensure a comprehensive and structured learning experience.
These phases include an induction, core modules that cover key HR skills and knowledge, preparation for the End Point Assessment, and the final EPA itself.
This approach provides apprentices with the practical skills and confidence they need to excel in the HR field, ensuring they are well-prepared for success in their careers.
The HR Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for individuals looking to start or progress in their human resources career.
Entry requirements are set by the employer but typically include 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths. If you don’t have English or Maths at Level 2, you’ll need to achieve this before taking the End Point Assessment.
In addition, candidates must demonstrate that they can meet the standard of work required for a CIPD Level 3 HR qualification.
This apprenticeship is suitable for those already employed in HR-related roles, such as HR assistant or administrator, where they can apply and develop the required competencies.
Your off-the-job training will be assessed throughout the programme and will be based on the Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours (SKBs) you develop.
The HR Level 3 Apprenticeship includes regular assessments to ensure learners are progressing and meeting key learning objectives. Throughout the program, learners will participate in quarterly progress reviews with their assessor, providing valuable feedback and guidance to help them succeed. These reviews will help track development, address any challenges, and ensure learners are on track to meet the apprenticeship standards, preparing them for their final assessments and end-point evaluation.
