This is a really interesting webinar, which covers many topics that are very relevant for my HR role. Lorraine was a great trainer, sharing her knowledge and engaging the group discussion. I feel that I took a lot away from this session that I can implement within my organisation. I would highly recommend this session and hope to have Lorraine as a trainer for future modules

Very knowledgeable of the subject. Great tips and advice. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and no question was deemed unimportant, there was even an opportunity to stay after the webinar to ask questions one to one. All in all well explained, well-paced, with valuable guidance. Very positive and motivated to succeed.

Very engaging conversation, focusing on the subject matter. Lorraine is always challenging us to evaluate the different perspectives and encouraging those discussions in wider and smaller groups.
