Shannon joined Reed Learning in 2025 as Client Services Manager, bringing with her a strong background in consultancy and client partnerships. She has worked closely with Local Authorities and large organisations to deliver complex projects, always focusing on building trusted relationships and creating solutions that make a lasting difference.

With experience leading teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving service improvements, Shannon is passionate about delivering a seamless, supportive experience for both clients and learners. She believes in collaboration, compassion, and clear communication as the foundations of great service.

At Reed Learning, Shannon is excited to help shape and grow the Client Services function, ensuring clients feel supported at every stage of their learning journey while contributing to Reed’s ambitious growth plans.

Outside of work, Shannon is actively involved in community projects and has a strong interest in wellbeing and trauma-informed coaching. She also enjoys reading, journaling, and spending time with her family.
