Cleopatra Zifiglio

Cleopatra has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience across a range of organisations including the Civil Service, Local Authorities, and the United Nations. She previously worked with BPP, supporting Level 3 and Level 5 HR apprentices, and currently focuses on guiding Level 5 apprentices through their development journeys. Her approach combines practical support with strategic insight to help learners grow, succeed, and make meaningful progress on their programmes.

She holds an MSc in Leadership and Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Manager accredited by the CMI, and an ACC-certified coach. These qualifications reflect her commitment to continuous growth and excellence in leadership and people development.

Outside of work, she is a passionate foodie who loves exploring new cuisines. She enjoys listening to audiobooks during evening walks and finds peace in connecting with nature. Always curious, She is often on the lookout for her next challenging course or learning opportunity.
