Prior to joining Reed Learning in November 2021, Lucy was a CIPD Programme Manager for a large further education college in the South West, specialising in Leadership & Management as well Employee Experience & Engagement. Drawing on this and her previous operational knowledge as an HR & Training Manger for a range of organisations, including Intercontinental Hotels, she has a wealth of delivery, coaching and consultancy expertise to share with her candidates.
Lucy specialises in the practical application of appropriate theory in practice and as a CIPD assessor, internal verifier and end point assessor, her passion is developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours that positively impact on the reality of the workplace. Lucy’s approach to learning is firmly placed in facilitating an environment where each candidate can thrive, individual needs are met, and everyone is supported to be independently capable to reach their own unique goals. Her belief that learning and self-development is a life-long journey underpins her delivery style.
