Warehouse Operative Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience) Job Overview A well-established, Berkshire-based packaging supplier with over 45 years of industry expertise is seeking a full-time Warehouse Operative to join its busy operations team in Theale. This role is based onsite in the warehouse, working five days per week. The successful candidate will play a key role within the Operations and Logistics function, taking primary responsibility for goods receipt, quality checking, and accurate stock management. Inventory Management Support stock control processes, including stock counts and discrepancy investigations. Documentation & Record Keeping Ensure accurate completion of all relevant warehouse paperwork and system entries.
