We are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join our educational team in Horley. This temporary position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting teachers and aiding students in achieving their educational goals.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Assist teachers in preparing and setting up for lessons and activities.
  • Provide support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
  • Monitor and encourage student progress, providing feedback to teachers on their development.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
