They are seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer to enhance our property team. Day-to-day of the role:
Handle the sale and purchase of commercial properties.
Manage leases, renewals, searches, and enquiries.
Prepare detailed reports on property transactions.
Conduct exchanges and completions efficiently.
Work closely with a property assistant who will support with administrative tasks such as file opening, preparing client care letters, and client liaison.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial property work.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a significant workload.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members at all levels.
Strong organisational and IT skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
