We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced professional environment on an initial 6-week assignment, with an immediate start available.
This is a varied role where you will provide essential business support across multiple functions, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality administrative support to a busy team
Prepare and manage documentation accurately
Coordinate internal processes and maintain organised records
Support colleagues by tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
Assist with general office administration in a fast-paced environment
About You:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Proactive, adaptable, and able to pick things up quickly
Excellent communication skills and comfortable liaising with stakeholders
