Social Media Executive
4 days a week - Part time
Salary: £29,000 - £34,000 FTE

As part of an exciting rebrand and growth journey, my client is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive to help elevate their social presence, strengthen brand awareness, and support internal marketing activity.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about content creation, social engagement, and modern branding, who is keen to gain exposure within an ambitious, international logistics business.
The Role
As Social Media Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting marketing and social media activity across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
You’ll create engaging content, support brand consistency, and help showcase our people, culture, services, and achievements. This role would suit someone who is creative, organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Working Pattern: Part-time (30 hours per week across 4 days), with flexibility to suit both the business and the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Coordinate social media activity with the wider Tandem Network
- Create and schedule engaging posts across all company platforms
- Support growth and engagement on LinkedIn
- Assist with video content, photography, and campaigns
- Produce creative content aligned with brand tone and identity
- Monitor engagement and respond or escalate where required
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
- Support internal teams to enhance their social visibility
Brand & Marketing Support
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Assist with presentations, banners, and promotional assets
- Support rebranding initiatives and website updates
- Coordinate collateral for events, meetings, and exhibitions
- Help produce case studies, success stories, and testimonials
- Manage Trustpilot engagement and online reputation
Administration & Coordination
- Liaise with external marketing and PR agencies
- Organise marketing assets and media libraries
- Support event coordination and internal communications
- Track marketing activity and engagement metrics
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Commercial team
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using social media in a business environment
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Canva and/or Adobe tools
- Ability to work independently and contribute ideas
- Previous marketing or social media experience is desirable but not essential
