Maidenhead (Hybrid) Contract – initial 6 months term with likely extension Up to £58 per hour (umbrella) We’re currently working with a Local Authority in Maidenhead who need an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer at Senior or Principal level. This role is focused on handling the more complex end of enforcement – appeals, inquiries, legal work and prosecutions – so they’re looking for someone who has operated at that level before. The role You’ll be picking up a caseload of complex enforcement matters and seeing them through – from investigation right through to appeal or legal action where needed. A big part of the role is representing the Council, including acting as a witness at hearings, inquiries and in court.
