⏰ The Role

Monday to Friday – 9am to 4pm

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students with their learning, development, and emotional wellbeing
  • Work 1:1 and in small groups, both in and outside the classroom
  • Help deliver engaging, personalised learning activities
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction
  • Assist teachers with planning, resources, and student progress records
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with students
  • Support pupils in developing skills for independence and future success

  • Experience working with young people (school, care, youth work, or volunteer background)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
