Key Duties
Liaise with customers and the manufacturing plant to coordinate and manage orders effectively
Support logistics operations, including arranging transport bookings and handling third-party warehouse stock
Manage incoming sales emails, action requests promptly, and send samples to the factory as required
Assist with invoicing and financial processes using Xero, alongside creating presentations and documentation using Canva
Person Specification
Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask across operations, logistics, and customer requirements
Confident using systems such as Xero, AI tools, or similar business software
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
