As the appointed Part-Time Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the wider commercial team and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Maintaining CRM records and ensuring all information is up to date
Coordinating deliveries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting sales and customer service operations across the wider team
Providing general administrative support to the commercial function
About You:
Experience within sales administration, customer service or commercial administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft 365 and CRM/database systems
Proactive, team-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working collaboratively within a job share arrangement
