We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator / Receptionist to support the daily running of our office. This is a varied role ideal for someone proactive, friendly, and happy to get involved in all aspects of office support.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
Greeting visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
Receiving and logging deliveries
Managing general office admin tasks
Emptying the dishwasher each morning and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Ensuring kitchen and bathroom areas are clean, tidy, and fully restocked (e.g. tea, coffee, supplies, toiletries)
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
Skills & Experience
Previous administration or reception experience preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
Ability to work independently and manage own workload
