Administration Assistant / Front of House – Ringwood (Full-Time)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and professional Administration Assistant / Front of House to join a busy and welcoming office based in Ringwood. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys being a key part of a supportive team.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the office while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
Providing administrative support to the wider office team
Handling post, DX, and general correspondence
Booking and setting up meeting rooms
Assisting with photocopying, filing, and e-filing
Supporting archiving processes
Taking client payments and handling ID documentation in line with compliance procedures
Carrying out a range of general office duties to support daily operations

Excellent communication and organisational skills
Smart, presentable, and confident in a front-facing role
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
