Quality Manager – Basingstoke (Hybrid role with International Travel)
We’re looking for an experienced Central Quality Manager to drive and embed a “Built-in Quality” strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Head of Central Quality, you’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent quality standards, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on major quality escalations and support site teams in resolving complex issues
Drive complaint management, ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis
Standardise and monitor quality KPIs, audits, and reporting across sites
Coordinate cross-site problem solving and maintain defect catalogues
Support ISO9001 compliance and supplier quality assurance processes
Deliver training and coaching to build site-level quality capability
Partner with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to improve performance
What we’re looking for:
Degree (or equivalent) in a technical or quality discipline
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement
Ability to analyse data and translate technical findings into clear insights
Proven capability in problem solving and influencing across teams
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Experience in a Manufacturing business (Automotive or Aerospace would be ideal)
