We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Wellingborough. This is a physically demanding role involving manual work and heavy lifting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and keeping busy throughout the day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working in a fast-paced production environment
• Assisting with the manufacture, assembly, and packing of products
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Checking products meet quality standards
• Supporting colleagues across the production area as required

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record
• Ability to perform manual work and heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Team players who can work well with others
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
