Hours: 37.5 hours per week (early finish on Fridays) Start time: 07:45
We are currently seeking a Temporary Assembly Operative to join our production team for a minimum of one month, with the potential for extension depending on workload.
The role supports a busy production environment during a peak period and involves working on an assembly line, primarily assembling electro‑mechanical controllers, including finishing and boxing completed products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly of components in line with production requirements
- Finishing, inspecting and boxing products to required standards
- Following clear work instructions and supervisor guidance
- Completing basic documentation and production records accurately
- Supporting team targets and maintaining a clean, safe work area
Candidate Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Comfortable with hands‑on assembly work
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual and able to stand and carry out physical tasks
- Previous assembly or factory experience
